Our core business ranges from property sales, management and valuation. We offer integrated and diversified service package in Real Estate Industry. Our team is qualified and experienced. We have correct information on current market rentals, selling prices, costs and customers on the market. We are aware that management, trading and valuation of immovable properties requires much greater skills and experience because investment in properties tends to be large, relatively expensive and indivisible. It has complex legislation governing ownership and sales of real estate and the assessment of current and future cash flows and values requires long term data capturing and complex analytical skills. Our Services
Sales
Property sales involve sourcing of stands, houses, flats, farms, commercial and industrial properties for sale. We heavily participate in negotiation of the price and once agreed, we proceed to draft the agreement of sale which must be signed by the agent, buyer and the seller. We also ensure that both parties are protected by carrying out a proper property due diligence process.
Valuations
Customers require valuation reports for so many various purposes such as sales, rental determination, mortgage bonds, securing bank loan, merger and acquisitions, accounting purposes, sale of company shares, replacement of assets, insurance, divorce cases and business dissolution. We provide valuation services to guide our customers on values for their properties. These values enable our customers to make informed decisions.
Property Management
We source various properties for management from landlords. Once we have these properties, we market them and place well vetted tenants who have the capacity to pay monthly rent with minimum default risk. We carry out property inspections, attend to repairs, monthly rent collections, payment of rent to landlords, payment of operating costs and negotiation of the rent and send necessary reports to landlords.
